Weight Loss on 17 Day Diet

Weight loss on the 17 Day Diet is all mind over matter. I went from 270 to 180 in about 6 months. I went to the gym 3 times a week and did 5-10 minutes of cardio warm-up and the rest was pure free weights. Each workout was around an hour long. Sometimes I would smoke a bowl (bud) before working out, and I found I could lift more and workout harder, but would burn out faster. I ate protein after every workout. Steak, chicken, veggies, or anything else I could find. I snacked on peanuts, cashews, almonds (lots), and fruit. What is great is when you stock up on steak, chicken, vegetables, and unsalted nuts; nothing else. Because when you do that, you can get a sense for when you are truly hungry. Oh yeah, and most importantly… CHEAT ON YOUR 17 Day DIET! at least once a week. Have a specific day for cheating and eat whatever the fuck you want all day. Your biggest meal should be breakfast. If you haven’t lost your excess weight by reading my post, then you should obviously be at the gym. Any time you get down on yourself, just go to the gym or go for a long ass walk. PS. Try eating a large breakfast, skipping lunch, then drinking a mickey of rum and going for a long ass walk. 1-2 hours long. Don’t down the rum though… You’ll know why if you try. I may have missed a few of my methods but it comes down to diet and exercise. If you think you’re fat then go to the gym until your not. 1) If you’re hungry, eat. (make sure it’s not emotional hunger or you are actually thirsty,etc.) 2) Eat what you want, not what you think you should eat. (making foods forbidden makes you crave them, thus making it easier for you to binge on them) 3) Eat consciously (no trancing out stuffing chips in your face watching tv, slow down while you eat, put that fork down between bites, etc.) 4) When you are full, stop eating. (even if you have an almost full plate of food.) There was no extra excersize involved (except for parking a little farther away from the store, etc.). the 17 day is the most awesome program I have come across so far Is there any other that can compare in terms of simplicity & toughness & well rounded full body cum long term growth workout? not that I know of yet. Just to let you know I have been dripping wet from this training & so socked that its like fat oozing out. Just downloaded some of this and started watching. Holy crap. Its a great program! I was so sore after day 1 i couldn’t even do day 2 till 3 days later! And I’ve been going to the gym 4 days a week or so for about 2 years!
